Environs Inc was the project landscape architect for the creation of a site development plan as well as several subsequent implementation projects for this historic farm and river landing in southwest Jefferson County, Kentucky. The intent of the plan was to expand the visitor experience of the cultural and natural resources at Riverside while providing for improved vehicle and pedestrian circulation and parking, siting of the historic Moremen Chapel (moved to the property in 2006), as well as addressing concepts for wayfinding and interpretive signage, project phasing, and cost estimating.
