Environs Inc was the landscape architect on this master plan to revitalize the inaccessible riverfront area on the west side of downtown Covington, Kentucky. The design includes a series of festival spaces on various levels to give access to the river and views of the Cincinnati skyline. Elevation changes required to provide access over the floodwall provide dramatic experiences for the public.
