Mike Smiley of Environs Inc was the landscape architect for this new 100-acre park including 4 new soccer fields, 2 new baseball fields, concession and restroom facilities, a golf driving range, vehicular circulation and parking, lighting, playgrounds, a pond, extensive tree inventory/preservation and replanting effort, walking paths and trails, and extensive woodland and wetland restoration. The project cost $3,800,000 and was completed in June of 2000.
