Environs Inc was the landscape architect for this five acre family estate in an historic Olmsted designed neighborhood near Cherokee Park in Louisville. The scope for this project included a master plan for the entire property as well as construction documents and construction administration for the various designed gardens and recreational areas. The project included a large swimming pool and pergola, stone walkways, an in-ground trampoline and play area, entrance enhancements, parking and circulation improvements, and lush plantings. Interesting use of hardscape materials and plantings to create a variety of garden rooms provide a complete landscape palette for this residential project. The project was completed in 2007.
